The growing number of WISPs worldwide offers increasingly ubiquitous Internet access for Wi-Fi users, with hotspots in public places such as airports, hotels, petrol stations, exhibition and conference centres, train stations and cafés. For the roaming Wi-Fi user, however, the reality is a disjointed and complex service with most WISPs having their own proprietary access method and billing model. Trustive provides a unified service which removes complexity for the end-user by providing easy access to all networks with the same familiar authentication method and billing procedure.

Trustive is Europe's leading wireless hotspot access provider. The Trustive network covers more than 24,000 hotspots worldwide through roaming agreements with over 65 hotspot operators including The Cloud, SFR, KPN Hotspots and Vodafone Italia. Coverage includes all major EU airports - London, Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, Berlin, Rome, Milan and 80 other European destinations. Through these roaming agreements, Trustive is meeting end-user demand for access to a global network of hotspots by offering a unified service through an easy-to-use user interface, providing the end-user with a single login and invoice. Trustive has both a Retail (www.trustive.com) and Wholesale (corporate.trustive.com) division.

Trustive is a privately-held company that was created in 2003, with headquarters in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and R&D facilities in Sophia-Antipolis, France.

Trustive Wholesale

Trustive provides subscriber owners, such as telecom operators, mobile Operators, ISPs, etc. with a single point of contact and one contract solution for global Wi-Fi access.

With Trustive's Wholesale solution, subscriber owners can increase the ARPU (Average Revenue per User) of their existing (mobile) customers and provide them with wireless Internet access at over 24,000 Hotspots across Europe.

Trustive Retail

Trustive Retail provides the consumer market and Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) market with easy to use Wi-Fi access services. With just one username and password the end-user is able to access tens of thousands of hotspots worldwide. Trustive also offers customers free use of its Hotspotter software, allowing them to connect and log in at a hotspot with the simplicity of just one click.

HotSpotter

The HotSpotter is a unique piece of software that will not only help the end-user connect and log in with the simplicity of one click, but with its additional features, including a built-in email service, a direct link to the VPN and a complete mapping solution, the HotSpotter also enhances the overall hotspot experience.

The HotSpotter, officially released in April 2007, has been developed based on feedback and user experiences of Trustive customers and other hotspot users over the past four years. The Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of the HotSpotter are owned by Trustive.
